4230-45th Ave SE, St Cloud.  Due to Highway 10 Construction you are blocked from access off of Highway 10.  Best route is County Road 3 to 45th Ave SE and drive to Hall from the North.  You are permitted to cross the Road Closed Signs to reach the Haven Township Hall.
