Looking for witnesses to when and if you noticed anything  

Location is 52nd Street SE about 1/4 mile from County 8.  We found the new cut of a tree that was rotted from the inside.  The crooks also tossed the broken stair railing treated wood.  It is assumed a tree fell across a deck and was cut up.  They were so bold to toss the wood chips from the chainsaw.
