2025 Road work Planner for  Haven Township May 15th 2025.   

Astech is our contracted company and will begin work in order listed below.

1. DeerHaven Subdivision- New roadway overlay May 14th-  Final edge work and clean up if it does not rain today.  Signs for no Parking on road stay up for 10 days – 5-23-25.

2. Tedders Industrial Park- Start Monday 19th with Overlay-

3. Killian Subdivision- Prep work final and Possible start late Monday- 

3a. Prep work 37th Street SE- 

4. 31st Ave SE- Wednesday May 21st- tentative 

5. Sherwood Shores – Thursday 22nd ?

5a Back to 37th Street SE

6. Haven Road area on the Frontage road off Hwy 10.  Possible 1st week of June.

Schedule is to be finished close to end of May 2025.   You will see warning signs and yard signs for NO Parking . Please not to have any sprinkler working that will spray on the road surface.    Vehciles could be tagged and towed away if the crew determines the vehicle stops the work.

Very Limited Truck traffic will be permitted on the new surface for 10 days.  Give the new road time to set-up cure.   Asking you also avoid use of tandem on trailers ( dual axles )  from turning and doing harm to new road.  If you see damage please report it and get us a license number for enforcing the road restriction.
