On or before 12-3-23 Haven was alerted to garbage, tires and other trash that had been dumped along 60th Ave SE, 65th Ave SE and 40th St SE.  This is just wrong and if you see anything please report and get proof if possible of any vehicle that stops and dumps on roadway or ditches.
