NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULARLY SCHEDULED TOWN BOARD MEETING RELATING TO ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Planning Commission of the Town of Haven and the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Haven, County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota, will meet on the 19th day of May, 2025, to hold a Joint Public Hearing to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Haven Town Hall, located at 4230 45th Avenue SE, St. Cloud, Minnesota 56304, and the regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting to occur at 7:00 p.m. at the same location. The Joint Public Hearing is set to consider amendments to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance related to enforcement, violation and penalty provisions of the ordinance, as well as the proposed creation of a new Commercial 2 zoning district and proposed uses therein.
